About

A different kind of representation.

I got into real estate after watching too many people I care about feel rushed, talked over, or unsure during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Buying or selling a home shouldn't feel that way — especially here in Atlanta.

This market moves fast, the paperwork can get overwhelming, and neighborhoods are changing block by block. My role is to slow things down for you, explain everything clearly, and be honest — even if that means telling you a home isn't the right fit.

I work throughout Metro Atlanta, and I make it a point to really know the areas I serve. Most places I recommend, I've spent time in myself — walking the streets, noticing how the light hits in the afternoon, seeing what traffic feels like at the wrong time of day. Those small details matter more than people think.

At the end of the day, this is personal work. I'd rather work closely with a smaller number of clients and get it right than rush through a long list and miss what matters most to you.

For First-Time Buyers

The doors most buyers don't know are open.

Most first-time buyers in Atlanta walk into the process believing they need 20% down and a perfect credit score. They don't. Below are the programs I help my buyers tap into — each one is real, current, and could mean the difference between renting another year and owning a home now.

State Program

Georgia Dream Homeownership Program

Down payment and closing-cost assistance for first-time buyers (or those who haven't owned a home in three years) who meet income and price limits. Pairs with FHA, VA, or conventional loans.

Up to $10,000 in assistance
City Program

Invest Atlanta Down Payment Assistance

Forgivable loans for first-time buyers purchasing within the City of Atlanta. Designed to make ownership in Atlanta's most competitive neighborhoods reachable.

Up to $20,000 forgivable
Federal Loan

FHA Loans

Government-backed loans with lower credit requirements and as little as 3.5% down. The most-used path to homeownership for first-time buyers in Georgia.

3.5% down minimum
For Veterans

VA Loans

For active-duty service members, veterans, and qualifying spouses. No down payment required, no PMI, and competitive rates. The most generous loan product in the country.

0% down for veterans
For Heroes

Georgia Dream Heroes Program

Enhanced down-payment assistance for teachers, healthcare workers, public-safety officers, and active military serving Georgia communities.

Up to $7,500 additional
Conventional

HomeReady & Home Possible

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac low-down-payment programs for moderate-income buyers. Reduced PMI and flexible income guidelines make these strong alternatives to FHA.

3% down conventional

Programs evolve. Eligibility, funding, and terms change throughout the year. Reach out and I'll help you figure out which programs you actually qualify for — and connect you with a lender who specializes in them.

Approach

The work, done slowly.

Most agents move at the speed of the market. I move at the speed of my client.

That means tour days that sometimes stop after one home, because the right one has been found. It means walking neighborhoods together rather than just sending listings. It means asking weirdly specific questions about your life — what your mornings look like, where your kids' friends live, how often you actually entertain — because those are the questions that quietly determine whether you love a house in five years.

And it means being willing to tell you that a house you love is wrong. That's not the easy version of this job. It's the right one.

Trusted Network

The team behind the work.

Real estate, done well, is a team sport. The lender who returns calls at 9pm. The inspector who finds what others miss. The closing attorney who delivers on time. Below are the partners I bring to every transaction — vetted, trusted, and personally introduced.

Lender

Mortgage & Pre-Approval

Specialists in first-time buyer programs, FHA, VA, and DPA-paired loans. Fast pre-approvals and honest counsel about what you can actually afford.

Inspector

Home Inspection

Licensed inspectors who catch what most miss — foundation, roof, HVAC, electrical. Clear reports, no upselling, and a phone call to walk you through every concern.

Attorney

Closing Attorney

Georgia is an attorney-state for real estate closings. My closing attorney has handled hundreds of Atlanta transactions and treats first-time buyers with the same care as multi-million-dollar deals.

Insurance

Home & Title Insurance

An independent agent who shops the market for the best homeowner's policy and walks you through what's actually covered — and what isn't.

Stager

Stager & Photographer

For sellers — staging professionals and listing photographers who present your home in the way that actually drives offers above asking.

Contractor

General Contractor & Trades

Vetted contractors, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC techs for everything from inspection-driven repairs to post-close renovations. People I'd send my own family to.

Names and direct introductions made on request. Start a conversation and I'll connect you with whoever you need.

This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had working with an agent. Everything was handled with precision, clarity, and confidence. He doesn't just meet expectations, he exceeds them. If you're looking for someone who is organized, knowledgeable, and actually delivers results, this is who you want to work with. 10/10, no hesitation.
